How Tuition and Payment Works at Camp WeHaKee

In 2026, a two-week session at Camp WeHaKee is $3,650. We believe in keeping things simple, so that price covers everything your daughter will need...all her activities, delicious meals,  lodging, and programming from the moment she arrives on Opening Day until we say goodbye on Closing Day.

Here is a quick look at how we handle the payment side of things so you can plan ahead.

How does enrollment work?

To hold your daughter’s spot for the summer, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. It’s important to remember that this isn't an extra fee on top of the tuition; it goes directly toward your total balance, so it’s just the first step in taking care of the $3,650.

What's the payment schedule?

Once that initial deposit is tucked away, we try to make the rest as easy as possible. The remaining balance is split into four equal, automatic payments. These will process on:

• November 15
• January 15
• March 15
• May 15

We’ll use the payment method you provided during registration, so as long as your info is up to date, you don’t have to worry about a thing!

What's the cancellation policy?

We know that sometimes plans have to change. If you need to cancel, here is how our refund schedule works:

• Before March 1: You’ll receive a full refund, minus the $500 deposit.
• During the month of March: You’ll receive a 50% refund of the total tuition.
• April 1 or later: At this point, we aren't able to offer a refund.

If your daughter has to withdraw due to a sudden illness or injury, our directors will review those situations individually to see how we can help.

Are tuition grants available?

Yes. Camp WeHaKee has committed more than $66,000 in tuition grants for the 2026 season. Financial need shouldn't be the reason a girl misses camp. If that's a concern for your family, reach out directly and we'll talk through the process: info@wehakeecampforgirls.com.
