Every form Camp WeHaKee needs before your daughter arrives lives in one place: your CampMinder account. No PDFs to print, no forms to mail back. Once you've registered, log in and you'll find everything waiting for you there.
How to Access Your Forms
Log in to your family account at wehakee.campintouch.com. All required forms appear in your account under "Forms & Documents" once enrollment is confirmed. You'll see which forms are complete, which are still outstanding, and any deadlines that apply.
If you enrolled but don't yet have account access, check your email for the confirmation from CampMinder or CampInTouch with your login link. If you can't find it, email info@wehakeecampforgirls.com and someone will help you sort it out quickly.
When Forms Are Due
Forms should be completed at least three weeks before your daughter's session begins. The Camper Health History is the one that takes the most time, if your daughter has a complex health history, don't leave it for the last week. The nurse reviews every form before Opening Day.
Updating Information After Submission
If something changes after you've submitted forms, a new medication, a change in emergency contacts, a health update, please reach out. You can email info@wehakeecampforgirls.com with any changes and we'll make sure the right people know.
