How do I cancel a registration?
Notify Camp WeHaKee as soon as possible by emailing info@wehakeecampforgirls.com. The date your email is received determines your refund eligibility.
What is the refund schedule?
Before March 1: A full refund of all fees paid, minus the $500 registration deposit.
In March: A 50% refund of all fees paid, minus the deposit.
April 1 or later: Camp WeHaKee retains all fees. No refund will be issued.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $500 registration deposit is applied toward your program fee and is non-refundable in all circumstances.
What if my daughter gets sick or injured before camp?
Cancellations due to illness or injury prior to arrival are reviewed individually by the directors. Contact us at info@wehakeecampforgirls.com and we will let you know what documentation is needed.
What if WeHaKee cannot place my daughter in her session?
If we are unable to place your camper in her requested program or dates, a full refund of all fees including the deposit will be issued immediately.
How are refunds issued?
All refunds are issued by the same method you paid. In the event that you paid portions by different payment methods, we may refund the full amount by just one payment method, if banking regulations allow. Questions? Email info@wehakeecampforgirls.com.
