At Camp WeHaKee, your daughter will:

Be SAFE.  Our staff is carefully screened (including background checks) and extensively trained to ensure that they keep the safety of your child and all the girls a top priority.  And, Camp WeHaKee is fully accredited by the American Camp Association.

LEARN new activities and skills that will enhance her confidence, independence and motivation beyond her camp experience.

Additionally, each girl will receive the CARE she needs because:

A NURSE is in residence throughout the summer.

Nearly all WeHaKee staff are certified in FIRST AID and CPR.   WeHaKee also employs certified lifeguards to oversee all aquatic activities ensuring safe waterfront and pool experiences for our campers.

The CAMP FACILITY is beautifully built and well maintained.  Many of the structures have undergone recent extensive renovations.

The PROGRAM of activities is geared to the interests of any girl.  Your daughter will get to choose those activities she loves and wishes to explore.  An ATMOSPHERE that encourages freedom, growth, and responsibility is nurtured and maintained each day.

The DEDICATION of the SINSINAWA DOMINICAN SISTERS, who maintain a strong and endeared presence at Camp WeHaKee, is interwoven throughout camp.  Their life's work has been and continues to be the care and nurturing of girls, helping them grow to become strong, confident, independent and caring individuals.

Camp WeHaKee is ACCREDITED by the AMERICAN CAMP ASSOCIATION, meeting and exceeding over 300 standards annually in the areas of health, safety, personnel, program, facility, transportation and more.
